It's official!

Rage Against the Vagene is FINALLY on the official international derby name roster!!!

This makes me very happy.

Looking through all of these, it's becoming more and more obvious that she's always been quite the ham. Perhaps she will enjoy a career in theater someday. Or is it just me?

Christmas in NYC

This year Christmas was a bit of a downer for me. Mark is deployed, it was Maddie's year to be with her dad, my mom fell and broke her hip and her shoulder... I was really not in the spirit to celebrate.

But my silver lining this year came in the form of the dirty, angry, bustling pile of concrete known as New York City. I love NY and was thrilled to be able to catch up with an old friend for a few days over the break.
